and foods as good as in the big cities like Beijing and
Shanghai.However the largest scale and richest
contents of Mogao Grottoes and the bustling and
lively Sunday Bazaar in Kashgar and the amazing
Terracotta Warriors in Xian will make your tour worthy.




Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Upon arrival at Beijing, the capital of China, your personal guide will meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. You will be free in the rest of day.
Day 02: Beijing (B, L)
Historic Beijing has long been China's political and cultural center. On this day we will escort you to explore some of Beijing's greatest sights. Your first stop will be to Tiananmen Square, where in 1949, Chairman Mao declared the founding of People's Republic of China before 3 million onlookers. Next, stroll through the magnificent Forbidden City, the largest integral imperial palace in the world with a history of over 600 years. In the afternoon, you will marvel at another of Beijing's landmarks - the splendid Temple of Heaven built in 15th century.
Day 03: Beijing (B, L)
A full-day excursion will take you to the majestic Badaling Great Wall, which was built over 2,000 years ago and stretches over 6,400 kilometers. You will have plenty of time to linger at this world wonder and contemplate how ancient Chinese people built the wall by using only manpower and rudimentary tools. Before returning to the city, you will visit the famous Sacred Road.
Day 04: Beijing - Xian (B, L)
After breakfast, you will visit the exquisite Summer Palace, the most splendid imperial garden in China. Fly to Xian. Visit the City Wall built during the 14th century on Tang dynasty foundations, date to the Ming Dynasty, the walls are the largest and best-preserved ancient fortress in the world. Check in at the hotel.
Day 05: Xian (B, L, D)
You will visit the incredible life-size Terracotta Warriors in the morning. After lunch, you will visit the symbol of the city, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda that was built in 652 A.D in Tang Dynasty to house the sutras brought back from India by the famous monk Xuan-zang and the Bell Tower. Along the Bell Tower Square, you can go to the Hui Minority’s Street to taste the genuine local snacks. Your exciting day will conclude with a savory Dumpling Dinner and the colorful Tang Dynasty Show.
Day 06: Xian - Dunhuang (B, L)
On the way to the airport, visit the Hanyangling Museum, the first underground museum in China. Fly to Dunhuang. The local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel.
Day 07: Dunhuang – Turpan (B, L)
Take a camel along the Echoing-Sand Dune to the Crescent Lake, the oasis of the desert. Have a bath to make you comfort after your small desert trip. Visit the Mogao Grottoes, the best-known Chinese Buddhist grottoes, were sculpted and chiseled on the cliffs. You will be transferred to the railway station to board the overnight soft sleeper train to Turpan.
Day 08: Turpan (B, L)
Arrive in Turpan in the early morning. You will be met at the railway station and transferred to the hotel. After breakfast, visit the Karez Well, an underground irrigation system, the Emin Minaret built in 1777 to commemorate and praise ruler of Turpan, Emin Khoja who achieved brilliant military success in suppressing the armed rebellion and the Grape Valley. With its shady vineyards and fruit-laden trees, the Grape Valley provides you with a welcome place of relaxation amidst hundreds of square miles of sand.
Day 09: Turpan - Urumqi (B, L)
Visit the Gaochang Ancient City laid in the first century B.C. and abandoned roughly in the 15th century, the Bezaklik Thousand Buddha Grottoes that contains 67 caves dating from the Northern and Southern dynasties (317 - 589) to the Yuan dynasty (1279 - 1368), the Astana Tombs famed for its terracotta figurines and tomb paintings and the Flaming Mountain. Drive back to Urumqi and check in at the hotel.
Day 10: Urumqi -Kashgar (B, L)
Visit the Southern Pasture in the valley of Tianshan Mountain and the Khazak Yurts with a bentwood roof and crown. Fly to Kashgar and check in at the hotel.
Day 11: Kashgar - Urumqi (B, L)
Visit the Idigar Mosque, the largest mosque in Xinjiang and the Abakh Khoja Tomb and In the Zhiren Street, you can not only see the exquisite handicrafts, but can touch the local traditions and modern fashions. If you are lucky enough, your stay in Kashgar happens to be Sunday, you will experience the greatest Sunday Bazaar in the world. The commodities sold here are almost without packages and the meat is sold by live livestock and so on. Fly to Urumqi, you will be met and transferred to the hotel.
Day 12: Urumqi - Shanghai (B, L)
Fly to Shanghai, China's most cosmopolitan city, your personal guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. Take a stroll on museum of buildings, the Bund and touch the updated fashion on Nanjing Road. Later you will visit the Shanghai World Financial Center where you will take the elevator to its 100th floor to enjoy the bird's eye view of Shanghai.
Day 13: Shanghai (B, L)
On this day, you will visit People Square, the center of culture and beautification of Shanghai city. Shanghai Museum has a rich collection of over 120,000 pieces of bronzes, paintings, etc.. After that, move on to the Jade Buddha Temple, a spiritual oasis of metropolitan residents. Visit the Yuyuan Garden and taste the Shanghai people’s local life at the Yuyuan Market.
Day 14: Departure from Shanghai (B)(B, L)
You will be escorted to the airport/railway station to your next destination.
