How to work with Tang Dynasty Travel?

The tour itineraries and quotes will be provided upon you and/or your clients' requests and will be customized to meet all of your requirements. The quotes we provide are normally the net quotes and non-commissionable, but if you do prefer commissionable quotes, please let us know.

Details of your clients' tours will be discussed through emails and/or MSN, SKYPE between you and our travel consultant until you and your clients are satisfied with the tour and decide to book with us.
Contact your travel consultant

Confirm the booking on your side and send us your client's detailed information.

Please send us a non-refundable deposit of USD$100 per pax either by wire transfer or western union, and we will send you an electronic invoice (a hard copy of the invoice can be mailed upon your request).

Upon receiving your deposit, we will begin all the booking for your clients.

When the booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation letter informing you of hotels, and tours in details.

A full payment is required 15 days prior to the actual arrival date of your clients.

Your travel consultant will reconfirm all the information with you 15 days prior to your clients' actual arrival date.

When your clients are traveling with us within China, our customer team will supervise the details of the groups to insure your clients enjoy their stay with us in China.

When the clients finish their tours, please provide us you and your clients' feedback so that we can improve our service, and enhance the cooperation between us.
