Day 1 Arriving in Beijing
Arrival at the capital city of China - Beijing, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel.

Day 2 Beijing (B, L)
Historic Beijing has long been China's political and cultural center. Today's tour will unfold its grandeur when you go and visit some of Beijing's greatest sights: the massive Tiananmen Square, the powerful Forbidden City hidden from public view for over 500 years. In the afternoon, continue your tour to the Empress Dowager's bejeweled Summer Palace.

Day 3 Beijing (B, L, SD )
A walk along the majestic Great Wall stretching about 4000 miles will be one of the highlights and great travel experience for your lifetime, you will have enough time to stroll along this world wonder and contemplate what history left us and how great people can be. Also visit the Scared Road before returning to the city. You will enjoy the Beijing Duck tonight.

Day 4 Beijing / Xian (B, L, SD )
Transfer via: flight on our arrangement
This morning you will fly to Xian, once the largest city in the world and the capital for 11 Chinese dynasties for a period of 1,180 years. In the afternoon, Continue your Xian exploration with visits to Shaanxi Provincial Museum showing you the splendid Chinese culture by exhibiting over 3,000 unearthed historical relics, and then to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda housing the sutras brought back from India by the famous monk Xuan-zang in Tang Dynasty. Your exciting day will be ended with a savory dumpling dinner and the colorful Tang Dynasty show.

Day 5 Xian / Guilin (B, L)
Transfer via: flight on our arrangement
Start your Xian exploration with visits to the incredible 6,000 life-size Terracotta Warriors and Horses arranged in battle formation to protect the mausoleum of the first emperor in Chinese history—Emperor QinShihuang since 2,200 years ago. In the afternoon, enjoy strolling along the Ancient City Walls considered as the largest and best-preserved ancient fortress in the world before your onward flight to the next destination--Guilin.

Day 6 Guilin / Yangshuo / Guilin (B, L)
Enjoy a full-day of scenic cruising on the tranquil Li River. Along the river, you will be inspired by breathtaking views of peaks and pinnacles, crystal-clear water and reflections in the water together with the serene pastoral views of rice paddies and water buffaloes, you are certainly walking into a traditional Chinese painting by cruising on it. In the afternoon, you will be back to Guilin and have a tour of the Elephant Trunk Hill, the symbol of Guilin.

Day 7 Guilin / Shanghai (B, L)

Today, you will visit the Reed Flute Cave which is filled with stalactites & stalagmites illuminated by the lights of different colors before your transfer to the airport for your flight to cosmopolitan Shanghai, one of the great seaports of the world. After your arrival at Shanghai, you will have a unique feeling when strolling the waterfront Bund and the crowded Nanjing Road.

Day 8 Shanghai (B, L, D )
Today you will visit the beautiful Yu Garden and the bustling Yuyuan Market, and explore the stunning Shanghai Museum. Your thrilling day will be completed with tonight's wonderful Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre.

Day 9 Departing Shanghai (B)
Say "zai jian" (goodbye) to ancient China today. You will be escorted to the airport for your flight back to your sweet home.

· The quotation is based on 10 pax plus.
· The group size is minimum 10 pax, if by then, there are not enough guests joining our tours, Tang
Dynasty Travel reserves the right to cancel the trip, and the deposit or your full payment if there is
any will be refunded to you accordingly.

B. Air tickets from Beijing to Xian, Xian to Guilin, & Guilin to Shanghai.
C. Twin-share accommodation in 5-star hotels in Beijing, Xian, Guilin & Shanghai.
D. Meals as listed in the itinerary: B stands for breakfast, L stands for lunch, D stands for dinner, SD stands for special dinner.
E. Private transfers between airports, hotels and scenic spots while sightseeing by the private air-conditioned vehicle with driver and English-speaking guide as listed in the itinerary.
F. Service charge and Government taxes.
G. China Life Tourist Accident/Casualty insurance.

G. Excess baggage charge
