Jane
My name is Jane, an English speaking tour guide in Beijing. Lots of my friends describe me as COFFE, not COFFEE, which means Courteous, Outgoing, Flexible, Friendly, and Energetic. I like hiking, swimming, traveling, yoga, and etc, a versatile and independent young Chinese woman.
Since I became a tour guide, I have answered many interesting questions from my guests, such as "how many rooms in the Forbidden City?" "Why the Chinese people like the number 8, 6, and 5, but dislike the number 4 and 7?"If you like to have better understanding of Chinese culture and history, if you like Chinese food, and if you have a number of weird questions about China, then come to Beijing, I will be the best tour guide for you. Welcome to Beijing!

Michelle
I am Zhang Yan, a local Beijing girl. the plain courtyard witnessed my birth; the thin lanes recorded my childhood. My life was being followed by the fast development and great changes of this metropolis, and my growing up experienced the past and the present of this capital city. To this land I was born on, I have a strong attachment and a sense of pride. It is English, a universal language that helps me set up a bridge between those who are fascinated with Chinese culture and me, a girl who is ready to help them to discover. It is my tour knowledge that enables me to share with them all about this city and my deep love to my hometown. The Beijing, in my eyes, is not only glorious in its life, but also mysterious in its history; it has not only romantic charm of the ancient, but also young vitality of the modern. I have a dream that through me, more and more foreign tourists could achieve better understanding, stronger affection, and more respect to Beijing, to China, to our culture.

Michael
I am Hu Mingwei. My English name is Michael. I come from Inner Mongolia. I used to be a part-time tour guide in Beijing when I was a university student. After graduation in 2004, I became a qualified professional English speaking tour guide. I am very interested in Chinese history and culture, and really like to share what I know with foreign visitors. Meanwhile, they are windows for me to know the world, and learn about different cultures and people. Last year, I have escorted a group of 28 British tourists around China, visiting 7 cities in 16 days. We had a wonderful time together, and it became so touching in the moment we had to wave goodbye in the airport. Many of us burst into tears. I always believe that as a tour guide in China, I am a bridge links Chinese with people from different cultures. I am responsible to bringing foreigners the real China and the real Chinese culture. We are people of the world, we are a family.
