- How do we arrange food and restaurants for our clients?
- For regular groups, we will put these clients in direct contact with the Chinese Tourism Bureau restaurants or hotels which can provide clean environment and good food.
- If your clients want to try some local special food, we can arrange for them to try some special local dishes in meals so they can experience the local cuisine.
- For clients with special requirements or certain allergy, we will carefully arrange the food to meet their needs.

We use our service evaluation form as our customer satisfaction tool to evaluate our service. After our customers fill their score to each service item, we collect all these scores and input to our database, then we analyze the data in each season. The result will help us know more about our clients and provide right things to future clients. The result normally like this:
- High score and low variance: this is the best situation, most of the customers satisfy this service item and gave high scores on it.
- High score and high variance: This is the situation which we need to pay attention. This means many customers satisfy with this service item and gave us a high score, but there are a small group of customers very dissatisfy with this service item and gave us a low score, we have to study this item and find out solution for improvement.
- Low score and low variance: This is very bad, it means most of our customers agree that we did bad in this service item and gave us a low score. We do not want this happen to us.
