How we handle your inquiry and arrange everything for you
Once we have received your Free No-obligation Inquiry, our service has begun. The following is our service process showing you how we handle the inquiries and operating the tours.
After Receiving Your Inquiry
- Our travel consultant will contact you for necessary information of the group;
- Design the tentative itinerary and programs base on the information that you provide;
- Discuss the proposal in details until archive the final mutual agreement;

- Send the final confirmed proposal & invoice;
- 30% of full payment is required as deposit for the tour;
- Make all bookings, activity arrangement, and other preparations;
- Full payment should be received 15 days prior to the departure day.
Before the Tour
- Confirm the flights;
- Confirm the transportation details (we will confirm details such as the quantity of tour coaches, luggage vans, etc. );
- Confirm hotel rooms;
- Confirm activity arrangement (we will divide a large student group into several smaller groups, confirm the arrangement for each smaller group);
- Confirm meal arrangement;
- Confirm tour guide arrangement (tour guide profile provided to you).
- Confirm all other preparations such as gifts, items for activities, etc.
- Confirm backup team..
During the Tour
- Operator daily follow up;
- Tour guides meet daily for conclusion of the day, and plan for the next day;
- Backup team coordination work.
After the Tour
- Collect feedback from clients or school.
- Forward photos or videos (if requested) for the group.
