Are you a private company or a state owned company?
Yes, we are a private owned company.
Where is your company? How many employees in your company?
Our company is located in Guilin. In our head office, there are totally 150 employees including the guides. And we also have local offices in Beijing, Xian, Shanghai, Kunming and Hong Kong.
Is this a new company?
Yes, our company has just been established for 2 years but before this we worked in a state owned company. The supervisors in our company have been in this industry for over 15 years and most of the staff has been working here for over 5 years.
Can you provide very good English speaking guides?
Yes, we will offer you our professional and experienced English speaking guide. Their language skills and knowledge should be tested carefully as well as their personality, working attitude and flexibility before we use them.
But if you have any groups go to some remote areas, such as Yunnan, Luoyang, Tibet etc. Actually the level of the guides in these areas may be not as good as the guides in the big cities, such as Beijing, Xian and Shanghai. But we will try our best to offer you the local best.
Will you arrange any shopping during the tour?
Yes, we will arrange one shop for each destination, two shops if the guests stay in one destination for over 5 days. The shops arranged for the guests should be ones having contracts with the local offices and partners, and have been approved by the government.
What are the Volumes of tourist each year?
We serve about 15,000 to 20,000 tourist each year.
What’s your commission policy?
Our quotation is NET price. You could mark up to your clients freely.
Do you have FAM trips every year?
Yes, we have FAM trips every year for our clients. We offer very favorable price only for agents. The proposals will be sent to you via emails or newsletters.
Do you arrange China visas for my clients?
We cannot arrange China visas for your clients because we are not able to apply it from mainland China. However, we could help you to find the closest Chinese Embassy or Consulate to your clients’city.
