One of travel consultants will respond to you within one business day. (Our working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-12:00am, 2:00pm-6:00pm Beijing Time)
The tour itineraries and quotes will be provided based upon you and/or your clients'requirements. The quotes we provide usually are the net quotes and non-commissionable, but if you do prefer commissionable quotes, please inform us.
Details of your clients'tours will be discussed through emails and/or MSN, SKYPE between you and one of our travel consultants until you and your clients are satisfied with the tour and decide to book with us.
Confirm the booking on your end, and send us your client's detailed information.
Upon receiving your deposit, we will begin the booking for your clients.
When the booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation letter informing you of the tour's itinerary in details.
A full payment is required 15 days prior to the actual arrival date of your clients. This can be done using either a wire transfer, western union, or paypal. We will send you the electronic invoice (hard copy of invoice through mail can be provided upon your request).
One of our travel consultants will reconfirm all the information with you 15 days prior to your clients'actual arrival date.
When your clients are traveling with us within China, our team will supervise every aspect of the group's tour to make sure your clients stay with us is smooth and satisfactory.
An evaluation form will be given to the guests for them to fill by our local guides in each city. These evaluation forms will then be sent back to our Guilin Headquarters.
When your clients finish their tours, please provide us with you and your client's feedback so that we can improve our service, and enhance the cooperation between our two companies.
